What is the size of the radius corners of this sink?

The rounded corners are approximately 10mm.

My base cabinet measures 29-1/4 inches, could the RVH7127 possibly fit?

You will need approximately 1.5" of space on each side to install the mounting hardware. 

Do you make a silicone rinse grid for this sink?

We do not. The only compatible rinse grid for this sink would be the RVA67127 rinse grid, which is stainless steel.
