Is this sink available with a right offset drain? I need these exact dimensions

Unfortunately we do not have an offset drain with these exact measurements.

Are there any accessories to turn the RVG2030 into a “workstation” i.e. cutting boards, colanders......

This sink is not a workstation sink, so you can't use accessories such as cutting boards or colanders in it. Our workstation sinks have ledges built into the sink bowl that accessories can rest on. However, you can use the RVA1340 drying rack , which is 20.5" x 13.5" and rests on the counter in front of and behind the sink.

MADE IN ITALY: Each Ruvati granite sink is meticulously crafted by skilled Italian artisans.
NATURAL STONE FINISH: Midnight Black (3 color options available) – colored all the way through for a rich, consistent look that will never discolor.
COMPOSITE GRANITE: 80% crushed natural granite for extreme durability and strength – can withstand high temperatures up to 356 degrees Fahrenheit. Granite composite sinks are more durable than quartz sinks due to the extreme strength of natural granite.
PROPRIETARY TREATMENT: Remaining 20% is a proprietary resin that makes the sink completely non-porous, anti-bacterial, and resistant to stains and most household chemicals.
NOISE-FREE: Thick solid construction makes the sink naturally sound-absorbing.
UNDERMOUNT INSTALLATION: Cutout templates and mounting clips are provided.
GENTLY ROUNDED CORNERS: Optimal for easy cleaning.
INCLUDED PATENT-PENDING SILICONE BOTTOM GRID: Protects the bottom of the sink from impact and allows water to flow freely.
MATCHING BLACK STRAINER: Drain assembly included. (Note: Standard 3.5″ drain opening will fit any garbage disposal unit. Strainer is only for standard installation. If installing a Garbage Disposal unit, you have to use the drain flange that comes with the disposal).
