What are dimensions of the shipping box?

The box measures approximately 30 x 21 x 14. 

The rinse grid came with 8 feet and 10 bumpers. Do I have to buy 2 orders of #RVA11019?

The RVA11019 set includes 8 bumpers and 4 feet. You can also order the RVA11013 which is a set of 8 bumpers or the RVA11014 which is a set of four feet. 

Are any of your stainless sinks manufactured in a country other than China?

Ruvati is a US-based company. Our products are designed in-house by our Product Development team based in our Austin, Texas headquarters. We have manufacturing, assembly, and distribution facilities in the US, Italy, Dubai, Thailand, and Vietnam. All our high-end fireclay, epiGranite, and epiStone sinks are made in Italy. Most of our stainless steel sinks are made in Thailand and Vietnam. Regardless of where the products are manufactured, the final products ship from our US distribution facilities and all post-purchase warranty and support services are provided by our US-based customer support team.

Can I purchase an additional rinse grid and drain cover?

The RVH7250 sink uses the RVA67250 rinse grid and RVA1035 decorative drain cover. These items can be ordered on our website or from any authorized retailer.
